You have chosen The Hanged Man, the twelfth card of the major arcana of the Tarot.  Its significance indicates that you may need to pause in some aspect of your life.  You may need to give up any struggle that could be around an endeavour, a goal, or an aspiration.  As contradictory as it may appear the paradox is that by surrendering you will win.  This is a time of readjustment and transition.  This guided visualization will help you to release any struggle you may be feeling right now.  You are encouraged to live in the present moment, letting go the past, and with it regrets, and letting go the future, and with it fears.  As you release the old emotional baggage, you let go pain and hurt, living for the present, not for the past.

As The Fool progresses along the path he encounters The Hanged Man and consciously realizes that surrendering, and letting go can bring about many changes.  In this pause he is able to recuperate from the stresses and strains of his long journey.  By pausing, The Fool accesses knowledge within the unconscious through inner stillness.
